Illustration/2D
1. Pricing & Complexity
Base Price: The quoted price covers standard character designs.Complexity Fee: Highly detailed designs (e.g., complex armor, wings, detailed backgrounds, or intricate patterns) will incur an additional fee of [20–50%] of the base price, depending on the workload. (This can be negotiable if needed).Rush Orders: If you need the piece finished sooner than the standard turnaround time (standard is [X] weeks), a "Rush Fee" of $10-$20 will be added to the total.
----------------------------------------------------
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
I value your time and mine. If the project cannot be completed, the following applies:If the Artist (Me) cancels or misses a deadline:If the piece is not finished by the agreed-upon deadline, you are entitled to a [50–100%] refund depending on how much work was completed. If I must cancel for personal reasons, a full refund will be issued regardless of progress. If the Client (You) cancels:Before Sketching: 100% refund (minus transaction fees).During Sketch Phase: 50% refund. After Lineart/Coloring has begun: No refunds will be issued, as the labor has already been performed.2-1. If the Client terminates the project:
The Kill Fee: A non-refundable "Kill Fee" will be retained by the Artist to cover labor and time spent. This fee is equal to [50%] of the total project cost (or the full amount if the work is 75% complete).Usage Rights: Upon termination, the Client does not have the right to use, post, or finish any sketches or drafts provided during the process.2-2. If the Artist terminates the project:If I feel I cannot complete the project due to communication issues or shifting requirements, I will issue a pro-rated refund based on the work completed. If the project is cancelled due to Client harassment or breach of terms, no refund will be issued.

3. Communication & Edits
Update Policy: I will provide updates at the [Sketch, Lineart, and Final] stages.Major Changes: Large scale changes (e.g., changing the pose entirely) are only allowed during the sketch phase. Changes after the piece is finished may incur an "Edit Fee" which the artists (Me) can charge from $35-$60.

3D Modeling
1. Scope of Work & Complexity
Base Model: Includes the mesh and basic textures (diffuse/color).Complexity Add-ons: High-poly counts, complex mechanical parts (hard surface), transparency/glass shaders, or intricate hair/fur will incur an additional fee of [20-40%].Technical Specs: Please specify your required poly-count limit and file format (e.g., .OBJ, .FBX, .BLEND) before work begins. Changing these mid-project is considered a "Major Revision."2. Rigging & Animation (Optional)
Unless stated otherwise, models are delivered in a T-Pose or A-Pose and are not rigged.Full-body rigging (bones, weight painting, and shape keys/blend shapes) is a separate service with its own pricing.3. Review & Iteration Process
Stage 1 (Block-out): Feedback on general proportions and silhouette.Stage 2 (High-Poly/Retopo/Detail): Feedback on specific sculpted details.Stage 3 (Texturing): Final check on colors and material properties.Note: Retopologizing (changing the mesh flow) after Stage 2 is complete will incur a re-work fee.4. Refund & Kill Fee (3D Specific)
Before Modeling Begins: 100% Refund.During Block-out/Prototyping: 50% Refund (Artist keeps the "Kill Fee" for time spent). After Retopology/Texturing has started: No refunds. 3D modeling is labor-intensive; once the technical "heavy lifting" is done, the service is considered rendered.5. Usage & Intellectual Property
The Client receives the final 3D file for personal use (Vtubing, VRChat, 3D printing, etc.).Source Files: I retain the right to the original .blend/.max working files unless a "Commercial Buyout" is negotiated.Credit: You must credit the artist [Me] as the modeler in descriptions or profiles where the model is showcased.
